Making a Claim

We hope that you won’t have to but if you do need to make a claim, we will try and make the process as easy and as smooth as possible, providing you with a first class claims service. You should report your claim to the relevant claims line below as soon as possible, where you will be asked to provide details of your claim. A claims handler will register your claim and will tell you what to do next.

Please make sure you have your policy documents to hand, as you will be asked for your policy details. Make sure you have a pen and paper to hand as well so you can write down your claims reference, along with any other important details you might need for future reference.
