We've been insuring single let properties for UK landlords for over 40 years. Our policy considers a variety of tenants from students and those receiving benefits, to working people and those who have retired

Our team provides tailored policies designed to offer the widest cover you'll find. With our standard policy, you're protected by all the cover you'd expect including up to £5000 to replace curtains, carpets, blinds and white goods even if you've only insured the building.

All our landlord insurance policies include property owner's or occupier's liability cover up to £5m along with loss of rent. You can also add landlord's legal expenses, home emergency cover and a rent guarantee for top level protection.

If your property becomes empty, our insurance provides unoccupied cover for up to 30 days, ideal for those moments between tenants. If it stretches beyond 30 days, then let us know and we can change your policy to match.

£5,000 contents cover free to curtains, carpets, blinds and white goods

£5,000,000 property owners or occupier's liability

Damage to landscaped gardens by the emergency services

Accidental damage to CCTV systems

Fire extinguisher cover

Accidental breakage of solar panels

Accidental breakage of fixed glass, sanitary ware and underground pipes and cables

Accidental breakage of ceramic glass in cooker hobs and built in units

Accidental damage to TV, video, audio, computer equipment (when the contents are insured)

Loss of metered water (when contents insured)

Replacement locks and keys (when contents insured)

Loss of rent up to 20%
