Mental Health Awareness 2021
This year Mental Health Awareness Week runs from Monday 10th to Sunday 16th of May.
It’s important to be aware of something that affects everyone in their own way. This year’s theme is nature and the environment.
As humans, we are all deeply influenced by the environment we grow up and live in. Over the last year during the Covid-19 pandemic, millions of us have experienced mental health problems or have seen the people who matter most to us struggle.
The ‘5 Ways to Wellbeing’ are a set of pillars which are key to improving our mental health. By following these pillars this can be the start to feeling more positive and more alive.
